Who You Are:

You are a self-driven professional with a curious mindset and a passion for delivering excellence. You bring agility, technical acumen, and a customer-first attitude to every project. With experience in customer-facing roles, you're comfortable navigating complexity and managing multiple priorities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level); and professional proficiency in English
  • Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role (e.g., customer service, technical support, sales operations).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM and Bid Management Tools plus ERP Systems (e.g., Salesforce, Concept Office, SAP ERP).
    Ability to understand and communicate technical or process concepts clearly.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience in B2B environments or sales
  • Exposure to project execution and product specification.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Bid Management: Coordinate and manage the end-to-end bid process, from quotations to order management, product lead times, and 3PP management.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with clients to clarify requirements, respond to queries, and ensure alignment with expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze bid outcomes and gather feedback to improve future submissions and client requests.
