Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented graduate to be our new Bid Coordinator with fluency in German and English to join our dynamic bids team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate who is keen to launch a career in business development, proposals, or sales support. You will play a vital role in coordinating responses to tenders and bid requests, ensuring high-quality submissions that support our continued business growth.

As a Bid Coordinator, you will work closely with internal teams to produce compelling proposal documents using standard templates and tools, including AI-powered platforms and content management systems.

Your role in our mission

• Coordinate and compile responses to formal tenders and bid requests in both English and German

• Collaborate with sales teams and stakeholders to gather key input and align bid strategy.

• Draft and format response documents using templates and pre-written content.

• Ensure timely submission of bids by managing multiple deadlines and priorities.

• Maintain and update a central library of bid materials and standard responses.

• Review and edit proposals for clarity, compliance, formatting, and alignment with brand standards.

Valued skills and experience

• Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Finance or a related field.

• Fluent in German and English

• Strong attention to detail with excellent written communication skills.

• Comfortable working independently in a deadline-driven environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; experience with content or document management systems is a plus.
