As a Supplier Enablement Specialist, you will support suppliers throughout the registration process, develop training materials, and ensure the accuracy of supplier documents. Join us in shaping the future of supplier management
What you will do:
- Develop and improve training materials and handbooks for internal and external use
- Continuously enhance processes and tools, leveraging AI and RPA where possible
- Coordinate tool upgrades, patches, and enhancements with IT
- Conduct training sessions for procurement staff and suppliers on tool functionalities
- Monitor tool adoption and provide support to optimize user engagement
- Ensure data accuracy and governance within procurement systems
What you bring & who you are:
- Experience with SAP Ariba and procurement processes
- Strong skills in tool optimization, data accuracy, and accessibility
- Ability to lead training programs and support procurement teams in adopting new tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
