Description
We are hiring a
Business Analyst
to support and configure our financial systems, with a strong focus on SAP. This is a great opportunity to work on global projects, collaborate across regions, and contribute to the optimization of finance operations at Steelcase.

Who You Are:
You are a finance or systems professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for improving systems. You may have experience in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and have been involved in testing, configurations, or functional support. You enjoy working in a global, collaborative environment and are eager to grow your expertise in financial systems and business analysis

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Systems
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle), ideally with exposure to finance modules
• Understanding of financial processes and internal controls
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is a plus

Desired Skills And Experience

• Experience with configuration of ERP systems (SAP preferred), including testing;
• Exposure to data analytics tools (Tableau, Business Warehouse) is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams
• Ability to gather requirements, document processes, and support finance-related projects

What You Will Be Doing:

• Configure and maintain SAP Finance modules (e.g., FI, CO) in collaboration with global finance teams.
• Support system enhancements, integrations, and transitions to new global tools.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of master data and financial reporting.
• Participate in monthly closing activities and reconciliation processes.
• Lead or support finance-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
