Business Analyst – UiPath Automation

Location: EDEKA IT Romania SRL, HQ in Cluj-Napoca (Remote possible)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to support and drive automation initiatives using UiPath. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, gather and analyze requirements, and ensure successful implementation of robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business units to identify and assess automation opportunities – especially in the domain of finance and accounting.
  • Conduct detailed process analysis and documentation (e.g., Process Design Documents – PDD).
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for UiPath development teams.
  • Support the design, testing, and deployment of UiPath robots.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented automation solutions using KPIs.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with governance and compliance standards.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and UiPath developers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in automation or RPA projects.
  • Familiarity with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is beneficial.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • UiPath Business Analyst certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with automation of SAP processes (e.g., SAP FiCo).
  • Experience in change management and training related to automation adoption.
  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance in automation contexts.
