About the role

We are looking for a 
Business Analyst (Mid/Senior level)
 to join our transformation journey. The mission is to improve and redesign internal processes, with the first phase focusing on 
HR and Finance
.

This is a key role in setting the foundation—helping define how the organization operates, what technologies to adopt, and shaping our overall approach.

Responsibilities

  • Map and document business processes across Support, HR, Finance, and IT Support functions
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture business needs and challenges
  • Analyze existing workflows (many of which are undocumented and based on tacit knowledge) and translate them into structured, optimized processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, standardization, and automation
  • Support the selection and implementation of technologies aligned with organizational needs
  • Provide clear documentation and process maps to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Contribute to change management efforts, ensuring stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the transformation

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally at
    mid to senior level
  • Strong background in 
    process mapping and analysis
  • Experience working with 
    Business and Finance processes
     is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with 
    BPMN 2.0
     and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) – certification is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interviewing skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into actionable requirements
  • Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills

Nice to have

  • Previous involvement in transformation or change initiatives
  • Exposure to IT support processes and enterprise systems
  • Understanding of automation tools or ERP systems in Finance/HR
