European Funds Sales Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven European Funds Sales Specialist to join our team and support the expansion of our consultancy services in accessing non-reimbursable financing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying funding opportunities, generating new leads, and guiding clients through the process of securing European and national grants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify relevant European and national funding programs for SMEs, NGOs, and public institutions.
  • Actively generate and manage a portfolio of potential clients interested in accessing grants.
  • Conduct initial eligibility assessments and understand clients' business models and development needs.
  • Present financing opportunities and tailored solutions to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Collaborate with the consultancy team to structure project concepts and prepare documentation for submission.
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the funding process.
  • Stay updated on current calls for proposals, funding guidelines, and sector-specific opportunities.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Public Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or consultancy (experience in EU funds is a strong advantage).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to quickly understand different business models.
  • Proactive attitude, high motivation, and ability to work independently.
  • Good English skills (written and spoken).
