Missions principales

1. Support Marketing

  • Événementiel :

    • Organisation et coordination logistique des événements (congrès, workshops, formations).

    • Suivi des inscriptions et gestion des prestataires.

  • Communication :

    • Création et mise à jour de supports marketing (présentations, brochures, newsletters).

    • Animation des plateformes digitales (intranet, réseaux internes).

  • Éducation :

    • Contribution à la mise en place de programmes éducatifs pour les médecins et techniciens.

2. Support Clinique

  • Education & Formation :

    • Assistance dans la préparation des sessions de formation clinique.

    • Coordination avec les experts pour la diffusion des contenus pédagogiques.

  • VividClub & Engagement :

    • Participation à l'animation de la communauté VividClub (utilisateurs experts).

    • Suivi des initiatives pour renforcer l'engagement des utilisateurs.

Profil recherché:

  • Écoles de commerce avec spécialisation en marketing, communication ou management de la santé.

  • Masters universitaires en :

  • Marketing pharmaceutique ou marketing de la santé

  • Communication scientifique ou médicale

  • Management des industries de santé

  • Formation en ingénierie biomédicale avec une ouverture vers le marketing ou la gestion de projet.

  • Autonome, organisé(e), avec un bon sens du relationnel.

  • À l'aise avec les outils de communication digitale et bureautique (PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, SharePoint, etc.).

  • Intérêt pour le secteur de la santé, la technologie médicale ou l'imagerie médicale.

  • Capacité à interagir avec des professionnels de santé (médecins, techniciens) et des équipes internes (marketing, clinique, formation).
