We're looking for a talented, proactive, and enthusiastic Digital Content Creator to join our central Communications team This exciting role primarily involves creating content and assets that support campaigns aimed at engaging key stakeholders and customers.

As a Communications Engagement Specialist, you will craft compelling content that inspires pride in your audience's work. You'll collaborate closely with regional sales, delivery, business development, and solution teams to understand business priorities and execute communication programs that stand out and truly resonate. Creativity is essential in all aspects of this role—from producing video content to designing presentation materials for both internal and external channels.

Above all, we're seeking someone with the right attitude: a team player eager to learn, proactive in solving challenges, and passionate about delivering outstanding communication experiences.

× Degree in Business, Communications/Marketing or Design related discipline

× Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

× Proven experience with Communication and Collaboration SharePoint sites (design, content creation, and management).

× Strong design and visual storytelling capabilities.

× Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop (or similar tools).

× Motion graphics and video editing skills.

× Journalism, copywriting, or storytelling experience.

× Understanding of HTML (beneficial).

× Passion for design, branding, consumer trends, and creative innovation.

× Collect, edit, publish, and promote customer stories across internal and external platforms.

× Produce executive and strategic content, including communications updates and business messages.

× Design, manage, and maintain internal Consulting portals, with proven expertise in SharePoint Communication sites.

× Build and edit high-quality visual materials that align with Oracle's brand standards, and present them to stakeholders.

× Create video content for recognition, business updates, success stories, interviews, and webinars, to showcase across digital channels.

× Generate visual assets for websites (banners, icons, GIFs, interactive elements), and design newsletter templates.

× Develop sales collateral, new solution and service materials, and campaign-related content.

× Conceptualize and execute creative ideas that work across multiple digital platforms.
