Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sector 2 for an Email Marketing Specialist. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing strategies for higher engagement and conversion rates. Daily tasks include creating email content, segmenting email lists, conducting A/B testing, monitoring email deliverability, and collaborating with the marketing team to align email efforts with broader marketing goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience with email campaign development, execution, and analysis
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools and platforms
  • Skills in content creation and copywriting for emails
  • Understanding of audience segmentation and A/B testing techniques
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret email performance data and optimize campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Prior experience in digital marketing is a plus
