Role Description
This is a part-time role for an ESL Teacher located on-site and online in Bucharest. The ESL Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering English lessons to children and teenagers, preparing students for various Cambridge examinations, and adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of different age groups and learning styles. Additional responsibilities include conducting performance workshops to help students achieve top results and creating a supportive, engaging learning environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) and familiarity with Cambridge examination preparation
- Proficiency in lesson planning, classroom management, and adapting teaching methods to different learning styles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is a plus
- Experience working with young learners and teenagers
