EMEA Event Administrator
to support event execution across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and executing a range of back-office processes essential to the smooth delivery of high-impact marketing events across multiple markets and business lines.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are critical, as the role serves as a liaison between central and local teams. A background in marketing support, project coordination, or event administration is preferred, along with familiarity with tools such as Eloqua and Certain (or similar marketing/event platforms).

This role is suited for someone looking to grow within a multinational environment, with exposure to modern event technologies and a focus on sustainability, efficiency, and excellence in execution.

We are looking for a events administrator to support our client Cloud solutions events across EMEA And all lines of business addressing all our target segments. With a strong focus on administration and project management you will support volume event execution to further establish the brand and to generate the levels of attendance and engagement needed to support the required sales leads and pipeline goals as part of truly integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Administer event tasks including, registration pages, audience generation and purchasing processes
  • Follow global processes to support event execution and drive faster processing of the back-office elements needed to run an event
  • Spot opportunities for standardisation, optimisation and productivity improvements across all elements of event delivery
  • Monitor, analyse and report on performance of each event and communicate results and plan for improvement; check lead quality and sales follow-up, and action timely if required.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing support, administration or project management disciplines
  • Capable communicator able to manage internal stakeholder groups and update them on the processes of event related tasks
  • Ideally strong business acumen, analytical competency and influencing skills
  • Able to focus on the detail as well as the bigger picture
  • Strong administration and marketing system skills, with strong sense of project ownership and ability to anticipate possible roadblocks and provide viable solutions
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and manage time effectively, and keep schedules and projects in order and up to speed
  • Experience of using current marketing and sales processes and systems, preferred experience with Eloqua and Certain event automation solutions
  • Experience of working in a large complex corporate environment
  • Self-learner attitude
  • Excellent writing, editing and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, open, flexible and extravert personality with strong drive and proven ability to perform in high-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English
  • Once per week at the office
