*Retail Sales Consultant (Showroom Crângași)

Acestea se ocupă de vânzarea produselor, prin plasarea de comnezi direct în Showroom, de consultanță specializată, de livrarea și returnarea produselor. În showroomurile noastre ne cunoaștem clienții, îi ințelegem, le arătăm produsele eMAG și îi ajutăm în decizia de cumpărare. ︌︊︄︁︁︈︃︋ ︂︆︄︃ ︁︁︌ ︈︂︇︍ ︈︆︅︊︄︈

Ce vei face în echipa noastră :

  • Consultanță de specialitate pentru gama de produse comercializata;
  • Verificarea disponibilității în stoc a produselor;
  • Prezentarea condițiilor și a modalităților de transport;
  • Inițierea și finalizarea comenzilor în showroom;
  • Promovarea gamei de produse și servicii;
  • Consilierea clientului în găsirea celor mai bune soluții de finanțare a achizițiilor.

C e te face potrivit/ă:

  • Abilități de comunicare, atitudine proactivă, orientată spre rezolvarea problemelor, relaționare și luarea deciziilor;
  • Cunoștințe tehnice și experiență în vânzări;
  • Cunoștințe de limba engleză – nivel mediu;
  • Nivel mediu de cunoaștere a pachetului Office;
  • Studii medii;
  • Traininguri în domeniul tehnicilor de vânzare sau de comunicare reprezintă un avantaj.
