We're looking for a Project Manager who can juggle dashboards, roadmaps, and exec briefings without breaking a sweat. Someone who knows the power of clear communication (agendas, notes, reference docs) and the magic of making change management actually feel manageable. SALARY RANGE:

$3,500 - $4,500 USD per month

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Create and maintain program dashboards, trackers, and reports that keep everyone aligned.

Deliver program and operational updates (weekly, monthly—whatever keeps things moving).

Build executive briefings and success stories that spotlight wins and surface risks.

Develop and manage program plans, roadmaps, and issue/action trackers.

Lead change management efforts—content, training, enablement—that drive adoption and efficiency.

Communicate agendas, notes, and reference materials to keep teams informed.

Support program activities with deliverables like slides, spreadsheets, and reference docs.

Partner across functions to ensure timelines, dependencies, and priorities stay on track.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3–5 years of program/project management experience.

Strong project management skills with a record of leading cross-functional initiatives.

Skilled at developing status reports, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (yes, your slide decks matter).

Experience leading change management and training initiatives.

PREFERRED SKILLS

Master of storytelling through PowerPoint (and the occasional spreadsheet).

Skilled at influencing and building trust across teams and leadership levels.

Sharp problem-solver who can wrangle ambiguity into clarity.

Strong relationship management skills; a natural connector and consultant.

Able to lead multiple large, time-sensitive projects at once without losing your cool.

Experience balancing structure and flexibility to keep programs humming.
