As a Project Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing project activities, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Your strong project management skills, technical expertise, and ability to drive results will be essential in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

You will report directly to our PMO Lead and you will work out of our Romania location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, the impact of the Project Manager E2E is extensive and covers efficient project execution, risk management, cost control, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, communication, issue resolution, strategic planning, process optimization, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and innovation. You are pivotal in ensuring project success, which, in turn, contributes to the organizationand#39;s overall success and competitiveness in the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

andbull; Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure

andbull; Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation

andbull; Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables

andbull; Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies

andbull; Coordinate project team members and stakeholders

andbull; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

andbull; Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders

andbull; Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices

YOU MUST HAVE:

andbull; Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or related roles

andbull; Strong project management skills

andbull; Software implementation projects experience

andbull; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

andbull; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

andbull; Proficient in project management software and tools

andbull; Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
