We are looking for:

A dynamic and experienced
Project Manager
to lead software delivery projects.

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of both
fixed-price projects
and
time & material engagements
. You will act as the key liaison between customers, development teams, and stakeholders, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, delivery focus, and the ability to drive collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery Excellence

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring scope, budget, quality, and timelines are met.
• Manage both fixed-price and time & material projects, applying appropriate governance and methodologies.
• Monitor project health through KPIs: on-time delivery, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with development teams, architects, and technical leads to ensure alignment between delivery and customer expectations.

Commercial & Stakeholder Management

• Support the commercial team during pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, solutioning, and client presentations.
• Negotiate effectively with customers and partners to achieve win-win outcomes and manage contract variations.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple organizational levels

Team Leadership & Development

• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project teams.
• Foster team growth through performance management and skill development initiatives
• Drive collaboration in fast-paced, multicultural environments
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across projects

Risk & Process Management

• Apply project management best practices (PMI, ITIL) and delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation and solution-oriented approaches.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Continuously improve delivery processes and methodologies

Requirements:

• 5+ years
  of experience in software project delivery
• Proven track record delivering both fixed-price and T&M projects.
• Strong customer-facing experience and direct collaboration with development teams.
• Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Familiarity with ITIL, PMI standards, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or similar)
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern delivery practices
• English: fluent (mandatory)

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Delivery-focused attitude with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Nice to Have:

• Multi-project/portfolio management experience.
• International project delivery experience.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar.
