Avem nevoie de un
Performance Marketer
care să ducă lead generation la următorul nivel pentru
servicii B2C,
să scaleze campaniile existente și să optimizeze costurile de achiziție.

Nu suntem la început de drum – rulăm campanii online de peste 15 ani și investim constant în creștere digitală. Ne diferențiem de firmele clasice printr-o abordare orientată spre clienți persoane fizice și prin transformarea serviciilor juridice în soluții clare, ușor de înțeles și de accesat online.

Responsabilități

  • Strategie și execuție pe
    Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
    .
  • Design funnel (search → social → remarketing) și
    plan de măsurare GA4
    .
  • Optimizare CPL/CAC, raportare și experimentare continuă (A/B).

Cerințe esențiale

  • 3–5+ ani
    în performance marketing
  • Istoric demonstrabil de scădere
    CPL/CAC
    și creștere
    ROI
    pe bugete relevante.
  • Stăpânire
    GA4, GTM, Google/Meta/LinkedIn Ads
    , atribuiri și UTM-uri.
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare și stakeholder management.
