Role Overview:

We're seeking a talented SEO Performance Specialist to drive organic growth for our AI automation courses and community through advanced search engine optimization strategies. You'll optimize our YouTube channel, website, and community content to enhance discoverability and boost enrollments, leveraging SEO tools to maximize performance. If you excel at keyword research, on-page and technical optimization, and analyzing metrics to fuel growth, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to boost organic traffic to our YouTube channel, website, and community platform, driving course and membership enrollments.
  • Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-impact opportunities for AI automation and no-code content.
  • Optimize on-page elements (e.g., titles, meta descriptions, headers, video tags) for YouTube videos, blog posts, and landing pages to improve rankings.
  • Collaborate with content and social media teams to align SEO efforts with course launches, community challenges, and YouTube content strategies.
  • Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to track rankings, traffic, and conversions, delivering data-driven insights.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends, AI automation topics, and no-code tools to ensure content remains competitive and relevant.
  • Support technical SEO initiatives, including site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and backlink strategies to strengthen domain authority.

What You Bring:

  • 1-2+ years in SEO or digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving organic growth through search optimization.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz for keyword research, tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, including content optimization and link-building strategies.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data and optimizing campaigns to meet performance goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with content creators and marketers to align SEO strategies.
  • Fluent in English; Romanian proficiency is a bonus for local engagement.
  • Proactive, collaborative spirit, equipped with reliable internet and a distraction-free workspace for remote work.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with AI/no-code tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Glide) or community platforms like Skool or Notion.
