We are recruiting a full-time
Social Media Video Ads Creator
for our client's marketing team, a micro-learning App with over 5 million users that helps people to grow and is a tech product for smart people that facilitates the access of the knowledge, interaction with people who are eager to discover ideas from books, podcasts, and TED Talks in 5-minute sessions and who are interested in sharing them for continuous improvement and development.

We are looking for a
Performance Marketer
Expert
in our client's marketing team
to create
video Ads for Meta (Facebook/ Instagram) and TikTok from start to finish, that convert and create content for our client's micro-learning platform App. that will be seen by millions of people,
and

who already knows and has
:

·      Performance marketing knowledge;

·      Social media fluency and trends

·      Video editing skills: CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar;

·      Copywriting experience - you've written ad copy before (especially video scripts for paid social media);

·      English fluency - all our content is in English

·      Portfolio required - show us video ads you've created from start to finish

and will do the following:

·      Write ad scripts - short-form, direct response copy for video ads (hooks, body copy, CTAs);

·      Edit videos - cut footage, add captions, music, transitions in Cap Cut or similar software;

·      Develop creative concepts - research trends, come up with new angles and hooks that stop people from scrolling;

·      Source or create footage - work with stock footage, UGC creators, in-app footage, and create AI content;

·      Test and iterate - create multiple variations, analyse what's working, adapt based on performance data.
