About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire recruitment process — from strategy and planning to implementation and employer branding. You will play a key role in attracting top candidates and strengthening our employer brand.


Your Responsibilities

  • Propose, develop, and implement the recruitment strategy;
  • Coordinate the recruitment team's activity and manage the portfolio of active recruitment projects;
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of the recruitment process;
  • Collaborate closely with department managers to define job profiles and selection criteria;
  • Plan and manage recruitment processes: workforce needs analysis, job postings, application management, interview organization, and candidate selection;
  • Oversee the drafting and publishing of job ads on internal and external channels;
  • Manage relationships with recruitment firms, headhunting agencies, and external platforms;
  • Contribute to the development of internal HR policies and procedures;
  • Coordinate employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the communications team;
  • Organize recruitment events (job fairs, internships, university partnerships);
  • Update and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS);


What We're Looking For

  • University degree (preferably in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, Communication, or related fields);
  • 7-10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3-5 years in a team coordination role;
  • Experience recruiting both technical and non-technical roles, including middle & senior management;
  • Solid knowledge of selection and competency assessment methods;
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills;
  • Previous experience with ATS platforms;
  • Strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment;
  • Advanced English skills;
