Our client is a leading European company that designs, produces and distributes systems for air conditioning, heating, fresh air and purification with a wide range of solutions for residential, commercial and industrial use.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Business Assistant (m/f)
to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking in a dynamic office environment while supporting both operational and financial processes.

What you'll do:

  • Track and coordinate orders, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain records of contracts, orders, deliveries, and invoices.
  • Support purchasing processes and monitor office supplies.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Customers.
  • Work closely with our Finance & Accounting team to prepare documents, enter data into systems, and support basic financial tasks.
  • Provide administrative support across the office to ensure smooth operations.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, assistant, or office support role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and data entry.
  • Basic understanding of finance/accounting terms and processes (experience with system entries is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
