Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Coordinator located in Bucharest, Romania. The Operational Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily operations, providing administrative assistance, handling customer service inquiries, and contributing to operations management. The role involves coordinating activities between departments, ensuring smooth workflows, and implementing operational policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Operations Management experience
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficient in Administrative Assistance tasks
  • Ability to work on-site in Bucharest, Romania
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
