Job Description

As a Construction Project Management Coordinator, you will be responsible with:

• Planning the execution calendar for each project (LaDoiPași Extra stores);
• Preparing and updating budgets for construction and fitting-out works;
• Organizing project meetings with the teams involved;
• Preparing progress reports and work reports;
• Monitoring the delivery of equipment, furniture, and commercial installations according to schedule;
• Managing relationships with suppliers and contractors involved in the project;
• Providing technical support during the handover and acceptance phases of the works;
• Ensuring compliance with brand standards and legal regulations;
• Effective coordination of internal teams and external collaborators.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to think in terms of costs and benefits;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Ability to analyze strengths and weaknesses;
• Degree in the construction field - Faculty of Construction is an advantage;
• Experience in construction/renovation.
