Project Manager

For one of our clients inn the industry, we are looking for a Project Manager who will oversee the full lifecycle of energy infrastructure projects - from engineering and procurement to construction and commissioning. The candidate will ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all on-site project activities, including subcontractors and engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with Romanian regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Supervise project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with local authorities, clients, and company management.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead weekly project meetings and issue progress documentation.
- Support commissioning and handover processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in energy or industrial project management as a project manager.
- Proven record of managing EPC or large-scale energy projects is an advantage.
- Strong capability of contract management (both for design, construction and equipment supply contracts).
- High level of English, both written and spoken, required.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications specifically MS Project and Excel.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
