We are currently looking for a
Construction Manager
to join our
SuperTeam
. The Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring that work is executed in accordance with the project specifications, quality standards, and timeline. This is a great opportunity for highly motivated individuals, able to work independently and within a project team and with a result-oriented state of mind.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the on-site execution of construction works across all phases, ensuring design, quality, and schedule requirements are met.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and trades on site, ensuring smooth workflows and timely progress.
  • Monitor schedules and milestones, identifying risks and reporting delays proactively.
  • Lead quality assurance on site through daily inspections, checklists, and snagging reports, ensuring non-conformities are resolved.
  • Support the Project Manager/Project Director with day-to-day site coordination and operational tasks.
  • Prepare regular site reports, summarizing progress and key data for project leadership.
  • Manage the site handover process, ensuring deliverables are completed and approved by the client.
  • Ensure successful project delivery and close-out according to company standards.

Skill and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from the Construction University is mandatory.
  • Minimum five years' general experience in construction.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Construction Manager for large residential & office construction projects. (previous experience working for a real estate developer is a plus)
  • Good computer skills.
  • Good knowledge in using MS Office, AutoCad, MS Project is a plus
  • Proficient in English is mandatory.
