WALDEVAR Energy este unul dintre principalii antreprenori generali din Europa în domeniul energiei regenerabile, specializat în planificarea, proiectarea și execuția proiectelor fotovoltaice la scară industrială.

Inginerul de ofertare are un rol cheie în elaborarea ofertelor tehnico-economice pentru proiectele fotovoltaice, asigurând conformitatea soluțiilor cu cerințele tehnice și comerciale ale licitațiilor.

Responsabilități principale:

  • Analizează documentațiile de atribuire (caiete de sarcini, memorii tehnice, scheme electrice etc.) în vederea participării la licitații publice și/sau private;
  • Verifică îndeplinirea cerințelor de eligibilitate, înregistrare, capacitate tehnico-economică și situație financiară, conform documentației de atribuire;
  • Pregătește documentațiile de ofertare tehnică și economică în conformitate cu cerințele proiectelor și specificațiile tehnice;
  • Transmite cereri de oferta catre furnizorii echipamentelor identificati in cadrul proiectelor.
  • Menține corespondența cu autoritățile contractante/ beneficiarii și răspunde solicitărilor de clarificări pe parcursul procedurilor de achiziție publica/privata;
  • Actualizează și integrează modificările apărute în documentațiile de ofertare ca urmare a clarificărilor publicate;
  • Asigură suport tehnic și administrativ pentru echipa de proiect în etapa de ofertare și atribuire;

Cerinte:

  • Studii superioare profil tehnic (reprezintă un avantaj – Inginerie Electrică, Energetică, Instalații);
  • Experiență în construirea de oferte pentru proiecte fotovoltaice;
  • Autorizație ANRE, grad IIA/B (avantaj);
  • Cunoștințe solide a pachetului MS Office și AutoCAD;
  • Persoană dinamică, responsabilă, deschisă și orientată spre soluții;
  • Nivel avansat de cunoastere a limbii engleze.
  • Limba engleză la nivel avansat (scris și vorbit).
