Senior Project Manager,
responsabil de
coordonarea și managementul integral al proiectelor complexe din domeniul energetic și al ingineriei electrice
, de la faza de inițiere până la predarea finală.

Rolul presupune
gestionarea bugetelor, termenelor și echipelor multidisciplinare
, cu scopul de a asigura livrarea la timp și în parametrii de calitate a proiectelor de modernizare a stațiilor electrice, parcurilor eoliene, sistemelor SCADA și de automatizare.

Poziția necesită o combinație solidă între
competențe de leadership și cunoștințe tehnice aprofundate
în domeniul electric.

Responsabilități principale

  • Planificarea, coordonarea și supervizarea implementării proiectelor din domeniul energetic / electric (stații electrice, SCADA, automatizări, energie regenerabilă).
  • Gestionarea întregului
    ciclu de viață al proiectului
    – de la concept, bugetare și planificare, până la implementare, testare și predare finală.
  • Coordonarea echipelor de proiect (inginerie, producție, logistică, furnizori) și asigurarea alinierii la obiectivele stabilite.
  • Monitorizarea progresului, a riscurilor, costurilor și termenelor pentru atingerea rezultatelor asumate.
  • Supervizarea activităților de
    instalare și punere în funcțiune
    pe teren, atunci când este necesar.
  • Colaborarea cu furnizorii, subcontractorii și clienții pentru respectarea cerințelor tehnice și contractuale.
  • Asigurarea documentației și raportărilor conforme cu standardele interne și externe.
  • Promovarea îmbunătățirii continue și a schimbului de bune practici în cadrul echipei.

Cerințe:

  • Studii superioare în
    Inginerie Energetică / Electrotehnică
    .
  • Minimum
    5 ani experiență în domeniul energetic / electric
    , din care cel puțin
    3 ani în management de proiecte tehnice
    .
  • Experiență cu
    stații electrice, SCADA, automatizări, parcuri eoliene
    .
  • Abilități de
    leadership, planificare și control bugetar
    .
  • Cunoștințe de
    limba engleză
    (nivel mediu–avansat).
  • Certificare
    PMI / PRINCE2
    – avantaj.
