Sales Representative
pentru unul din clientii sai, ce activeaza in industria de Retail.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecteaza piata si identifica principalii consumatori de carton si ambalaje din carton ondulat

  • Contacteaza si documenteaza la clientii potentiali si activi in scopul identificarii potentialului de consum a acestora

  • Identifica potentialul global al pietei de carton ondulat si a celei de ambalaje din carton ondulat

  • Dezvolta relatii comerciale cu clientii activi

  • Fidelizeaza clientii activi

  • Identifica activitatile concurentei si ale principalilor clienti ai acesteia

  • Documenteaza corect si complet cerintele si asteptarile privind noile ambalaje

  • Transmite informatii despre piata si cerintele clientilor catre agentul intern prin intermediul rapoartelor de activitate si a comunicarii directe

  • Prezinta si negociaza ofertele comerciale pentru produsele noi

  • Participa la pregatirea documentatiei pentru licitatiile organizate de clientii activi sau potentiali

  • Urmareste omologarea noului produs si obtine acordul clientului

  • Urmareste si raspunde de buna integrare a clientilor/ produselor noi in activitatea companiei

  • Asigura un raspuns prompt si bine documentat la cererea de oferta

  • Intocmeste contractul comercial si urmareste recuperarea exemplarului aprobat

  • Urmareste solvabilitatea clientului prin intermediul listei facturilor in sold si discuta cu clientii privind respectarea termenelor de plata negociate

  • Urmareste modul de rezolvare al reclamatiilor de la clienti pana la finalizarea acestora

Candidate Profile:

  • Studii superioare finalizate

  • Experienta relevanta de minimum 3-5 ani in vanzari B2B sau B2C, preferabil in domeniul retail sau manufacturing

  • Competente digitale: MS Office – in special Excel (pivot table, VLOOKUP)

  • Limba engleza – nivel mediu/avansat (scris si vorbit); cunoasterea unei alte limbi straine reprezinta un avantaj

  • Permis de conducere categoria B

  • Orientare catre rezultate, autonomie si capacitate de luare a deciziilor rapide
