Toys and Stationary.

Noul coleg va contribui activ la dezvoltarea și optimizarea strategiei comerciale a categoriei, va analiza tendințele pieței și va susține implementarea acțiunilor comerciale și promoționale.

CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

  • Gândire analitică și abilitatea de a interpreta date comerciale și analiza pieței;
  • Experiență într-un rol comercial similar;
  • Excelente abilități de comunicare și colaborare;
  • Abilități de negociere și orientare către rezultate;
  • Cunoștințe despre comportamentul consumatorilor și tendințele din segmentul Toys and Stationary (de preferat, însa nu este obligatoriu)
  • Cunoștințe Excel - la nivel avansat;
  • Cunoștințe de limba engleză la nivel minim B1;

RESPONSABILITĂȚI PRINCIPALE:

  • Analiză de piață
    : Studierea tendințelor actuale din România, analiza concurenței, a cererii și preferințelor consumatorilor.
  • Politica de prețuri
    : Implementarea strategiei de preț în cadrul categoriei.
  • Managementul stocurilor
    : Optimizarea nivelurilor de stoc și prognoza cererii.
  • Relația cu furnizorii
    : Negocierea și gestionarea colaborărilor cu furnizori locali și internaționali.
  • Suport pentru marketing
    : Coordonarea inițiativelor de promovare și planificarea campaniilor promoționale.
  • Raportare și analiză
    : Monitorizarea performanței categoriei și întocmirea de rapoarte privind indicatorii cheie de performanță (KPIs).
