Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Junior Category Manager to join our team and contribute to the development of commercial strategies that bring value to our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elaborate and implement the commercial and assortment strategy for the assigned category, aligned with customer needs;
• Define and follow-up on assortment, pricing, promotion, Own Brand policy, and department layout;
• Conduct constant assortment analysis through store visits, customer visits and customer panels;
• Forecast, monitor and report on KPI performance;
• Negotiate with suppliers: contracts, pricing, Own Brand development, and closures.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset:
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills:
• Ability to prioritize, resolve conflicts and assess risks & opportunities;
• Strong team spirit, with the ability to coordinate and integrate within cross-functional teams;
• Perseverance, determination and the ability to work under pressure;
• Proficiency in MS Office.
