We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Category Manager to join our team. In this role, you`ll develop, manage and supervise the sales activity of the shop products and services within our network of service stations, and developing and implementing the overall direction for the new businesses in the market, in accordance with the market strategy of our company.

Location: Bucuresti, Romania
As a Retail Category Manager, you will be responsible for the followings:

• Establish and implement the overall direction and Customer Value Proposition for the assigned category of products and new businesses.

• Identify appropriate product ranges to satisfy customer needs and set appropriate strategies, and standards in order to maximize each category's profitability.

• Develop and monitor measures, and manage and optimize assigned category performance.

• Negotiate and develop strategic relationship with shop suppliers and ensure alignment with business objectives.

To be successful in the role, you should have:

• University studies and relevant professional experience

• Very good communication and negotiations skills, highly experienced in supplier negations;

• Knowledge of products supply, contract negotiations

• Knowledge of Retail Operating Standards, processes and economics; stores performance and administration, merchandising, promoting products

• Customer focus, Results Orientation, Sales Management

• Computer skills (Microsoft Office)

• English fluency
