About the role:Join Herbalife as a Business Development Manager and play a key role in growing our business in Romania and Moldova. Working closely with the Country Director, you'll build strong relationships with Leaders and Members, provide insights from field visits and events, and help develop sustainable strategies that drive sales, recruitment, and business growth.
You'll combine one-to-one coaching, group presentations, and data analysis to identify opportunities, share best practices, and support our Members in achieving their goals. This role also involves occasional event management and promotional activities.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct regular field and virtual visits, providing feedback, insights, and reports to the Country Director. Focus on business strategy and planning, including sales and recruitment performance, identified member training needs, and effective communication with members.
- Develop knowledge of members' daily methods of operations and business practices, fostering open and honest communication to support growth.
- Analyze sales and distributor metrics to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities, ensuring sustainable and duplicable models are implemented.
- Conduct one-to-one meetings and group sessions with members to add value to their business and support local initiatives aligned with leadership objectives.
- Lead and collaborate with Committees to influence sales initiatives, event content, and agreed implementations.
- Ensure all field activities and insights are collated and presented in a professional, timely, and effective manner.
- Attend monthly meetings, and other local, regional, or international events as an Ambassador of the Company.
- Learn and share best practices, challenges, and opportunities within the field to promote continuous growth and engagement.
Our requirements:
Skills and Experience Required:
- Relationship Management: Ability to establish rapport and build long-term relationships with leaders, members, and colleagues to achieve common objectives.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with impactful presentation, facilitation, and coaching capabilities.
- Influencing & Coaching: Able to coach members to identify and achieve goals while managing resistance.
- Resilient and independent: Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision, result-oriented, and focused on achieving established goals.
- Analytical: Skilled in using sales data and market insights to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
- Customer and distributor-focused mindset while acting as a strong Brand Ambassador.
- Proven experience in a similar sales or field role, demonstrating strategic execution.
Education and Technical Skills:
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent in English (high school or A-level certification minimum).
- Proven track record of driving business growth in a sales-led environment.
- Experience organizing and promoting corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, or masterclasses (preferred).
- Skilled in budget management, market analysis, and analyzing sales figures.
- Driver's license is required.
