You will:

  • Analyze corporate product profitability and define measures for its improvement
  • Monitor and track implementation of profitability improvement initiatives
  • Supporting the development of innovative product solutions tailored to corporate clients
  • Collaborate closely with IT teams to support digitalization and ensure alignment with corporate business needs
  • Coordinate and support ESG standards implementation and monitoring
  • Take part in regional and international projects and working groups
  • Support various business units through reporting, product development input, and corporate business solution design
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements of corporate products and processes with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction

You have:

  • At least Bachelor's degree – economic or related field
  • Prior experience in insurance is preferred
  • Experience in product development
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Power BI)
  • Working level of English language - written and spoken
