Join Our Team as a Salesforce Functional Consultant

Are you passionate about Salesforce CPQ and eager to make a significant impact in the quote-to-cash process? We are looking for a talented Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in Bucharest. If you have a knack for designing scalable solutions and enjoy collaborating with developers and business users, this role is perfect for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to the quote-to-cash process.
  • Design and configure scalable solutions within Salesforce CPQ to meet business needs.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line functional support, guiding users and resolving issues.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions for business users.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure alignment between technical solutions and functional design.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, including process flows, user stories, and use cases.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst or similar role with a focus on Salesforce CPQ.
  • Deep understanding of quote-to-cash processes, product bundling, and pricing rules.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce CPQ.
  • Proficient in Salesforce flow development and testing.
  • Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).

Location:

This role requires presence in our Bucharest office
3 days a week
at Calea Plevnei 159, Business Garden Bucharest, Building C, 4th floor.
