Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Sales at Waydev. The Head of Sales will oversee and drive the sales process, create strategies to meet revenue goals, manage and lead sales teams, and establish long-term relationships with key accounts. They will also analyze market trends, develop high-impact sales plans, and collaborate with other departments to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives. The role demands a proactive approach to growing the customer base while mentoring and inspiring the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including the ability to create and execute sales strategies and meet targets
  • Experience in Team Management and the ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales professionals
  • Proven success in Account Management and fostering valuable client relationships
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to identify trends, craft strategies, and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in SaaS sales or the software development industry is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field
