About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Manufacturing & Construction to lead the growth and development of the Manufacturing and Construction industry verticals. This role is responsible for defining strategy, managing P&L, driving business expansion, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver ERP and digital solutions tailored to industry-specific needs. If you have strong leadership skills, deep experience in ERP and business solutions, and a strategic mindset, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of key industries within an internationally expanding company.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the business strategy for the Manufacturing & Construction verticals.

  • Manage the verticals' full P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, client needs, and growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with product development teams to design and deliver industry-specific solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.

  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering high performance and collaboration.

  • Develop go-to-market strategies and support the sales and marketing teams in driving new business.

  • Monitor performance indicators and ensure alignment with company goals.

  • Oversee implementation and post-implementation activities for key projects.

Required Skillset

  • 8+ years of experience managing business units or industry verticals in ERP/software companies.

  • Proven experience in P&L management and business growth initiatives.

  • Deep understanding of Manufacturing and/or Construction industry processes and needs.

  • Strong strategic planning and market analysis skills.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with product development, sales, marketing, and delivery teams.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Fluency in English; experience in international markets is a strong advantage.
