  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and performance metrics.
  • Basic HTML and good command of email marketing platforms.
  • Experience in
    customer journey mapping
    and
    email segmentation
    (big plus).
  • Strategic mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Top-notch communication and organizational skills.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing and managing engaging email campaigns for launches, newsletters, and commercial updates.
  • Optimizing delivery so messages land in the right inbox, at the right time.
  • Building and refining automated flows with personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborating with designers and content creators for eye-catching campaigns.
  • Running A/B tests and improving landing pages for better conversions.
  • Tracking results, analyzing performance, and turning data into action.
  • Keeping email lists clean, compliant, and effective.
