ACROM is looking for an IT Project Lead/Market Engagement Manager willing to participate in and lead some of our international services and projects. You will play a critical role in helping deliver high-quality IT projects and services, create viable business partnerships with our clients, facilitate conversations to maintain alignment and focus across the teams. At the same time, you will be learning about new technologies and how to employ them to bring value to our customers.

REQUIRED EXPERTISE


•Project coordination experience in an IT technical environment. Planning, monitoring, and controlling project tasks, leading, and motivating technical leads.


•Ability to work with international customers, adapting to cultural differences in communication styles while keeping and representing our high-quality standards.


•Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships by understanding our customers' business context, priorities, and objectives and how our services/projects respond to them.


•Coordinate technical leads, business partners, and support organizations to deliver value to our customers.


•Capacity to work both independently and in a team, to deal effectively and proactively with long-term and urgent project requests while remaining optimistic and persistent.


•Dedicated to exceeding customer expectations, anticipating needs, and focused on improving service/project deliverables.


•Proactive attitude and very good organizational skills: the ability to manage own time to deadlines, as well as the capability to identify and prioritize important tasks.


•Capability to communicate project status, issues, escalate risks internally and to stakeholders, proactively, following the defined communication project/service structure, with professionalism and a customer-oriented attitude.


•English C-level proficient user in both speaking and writing.
