Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bucharest, Romania. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the company's sales operations. Daily tasks include identifying and targeting potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, developing sales strategies, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. Additional responsibilities include liaising with other departments to ensure client satisfaction, preparing sales reports, and staying updated on industry trends and competitors.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop effective sales strategies and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of Business Travel Management and Corporate Event Organization is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English and Romanian; additional languages are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
