Project Manager

Overview

IQNOX is the world's foremost expert in IOT integration, digital transformation, and information technology. We serve our clients by helping them solve problems with our people, process, and technology.

Solving problems for our clients requires constant vigilance and a passion for quality. The Project Manager is accountable for the delivery of IQNOX software projects for both internal development and external client engagements.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized with acute attention to detail. They should be a fluent conversationalist, possess an aptitude for conflict resolution, be easy to work with, and an overall problem solver.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Manage the relationship with clients and all project stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage scope, financials, risks, and issues.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Delegate project tasks based on staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
  • Deliver presentations to IQNOX management, clients and stakeholders that clearly articulate a project's status, risks, issues, and schedule.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or equivalent degree or experience.
  • Experience using agile development methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of common software DevOps concepts such as source control and CI/CD.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
