This role is office based, candidates must be based or willing to relocate to Cluj-Napoca, Romania (relocation support provided).



The role

My client is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors with Slovenian
language skills who are based or are willing to relocate to Cluj-Napoca. The
ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.
You will be responsible for driving positive and quality experience
for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email (inbound)
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to customer queries
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Administrative tasks
  • Up-selling products to existing candidates (not required but available for individual who would like to earn more)

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Slovenian (C1) both verbal and written and English B2 level
  • Eagerness to learn, positive attitude and adaptability
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • EU citizenship
