What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing and implementing Generative AI solutions with a focus on practical applications and innovation.
  • Leading the development of an agentic chatbot use case, including both PoCs (from a blank sheet of paper) and delivery of features into a pre-existing platform.
  • Connecting the chatbot to enterprise systems such as MyTech (SNOW), MyHR (Oracle), and internal knowledge bases.
  • Using Co-pilot Studio where possible, and switching to pro-code solutions when needed.
  • Writing Python functions to extend Co-pilot capabilities and support integration logic.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders to define requirements and design scalable AI solutions.
  • Supporting programme delivery through coordination, ticket writing, low-level design (LLD), and code reviews.
  • Engineering and preparing datasets for model training and evaluation.
  • Writing clean, well-documented, and testable code for AI pipelines and applications.
  • Staying current with GenAI trends and contributing to internal knowledge sharing.
  • Supporting governance, compliance, and risk processes related to AI development.

What You'll Bring Along

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and large language model (LLM) architectures.
  • Proficiency in Python, including writing functions for Co-pilot Studio and general AI development.
  • Experience with ML/AI libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Familiarity with data manipulation tools like SQL and Pandas.
  • Experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS, and cloud-native ML tools.
  • Exposure to visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Experience with Co-pilot Studio or similar tools is a bonus, but not required.
  • A problem-solving mindset and a passion for building innovative AI solutions.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate delivery teams effectively.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
