Are you passionate about solving complex problems and want to make a real difference in the world of payments and commerce? The company is looking for a Product Operations – Tier 3 Support Agent to join our dynamic Payment Intelligence team︉︂︋︁︈︈︄︇​︂︆︄︃​︁︁︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅︊︄︈︌︊︂

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

· Troubleshoot complex product and payment issues, and escalate as needed with full documentation.

· Monitor and analyze payment and transaction patterns using advanced tools and dashboards.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and implement continuous improvements.

· Become a go-to expert on payment products.

· Play an active role in crafting Product Solutions Requirement Documents (PRDs) for new features and solutions.

· Build and nurture relationships with our global payment partners.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

· Proven experience in a technical support, analyst, or QA role (Tier 2/3) – preferably in a global or tech-driven company.

· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for finding creative solutions.

· Proficiency in
SQL – must (you'll be tested).

· 
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) and solid Microsoft Office knowledge – must.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· A team player with a sense of urgency and ability to thrive under pressure.

·
Fluent English – written and spoken (tested), conversational Hebrew – an advantage.

Advantages:

· Experience collaborating with development teams and understanding technical/business needs.

· Background in the payments industry or fintech.

· Hands-on experience with data analysis and BI tools (e.g., Kibana, Elastic, Qlik) – a plus
