We're looking for a
Technical Support Specialist
to join our internal IT team on a
1-year contract
with the potential for extension. If you're skilled in troubleshooting and enjoy working across tools like Power BI, SQL, and PowerApps, we'd love to connect

What You'll Do:

  • Provide
    L1/L2 support
    for internal users across platforms and tools.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and support tools like
    Power BI, PowerApps, SQL, Snaplogic, Anaplan, Jira, and SharePoint
    .
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and document solutions.
  • Create user guides and offer basic end-user training.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years in technical support or a related role.
  • Experience with enterprise systems (e.g. CRM, SFA, PRM, SPM).
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • University degree and 3–5 years of relevant domain experience.
