Role Summary:
As a Client Support Specialist, you will become part of a global team dedicated to making healthcare smarter through technology. Basically, you'll handle first-line client support, solve real-world user issues, and collaborate with technical and product experts across regions. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about technology, service excellence, and continuous learning in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
Must Have:
- 2+ years of customer service, helpdesk, or pre-sales experience (preferably within healthcare or tech)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with:
- Salesforce Service Management (case/ticket handling)
- Microsoft Office 365
- Azure Active Directory (user access management)
- JIRA (ticket tracking and escalation)
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical or access issues
- Skilled in user administration tasks (creating and managing user accounts)
- Strong task prioritisation and multitasking under time constraints
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, technology, or equivalent experience
- Customer service orientation and professionalism in all client interactions
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with health industry clients
- Fluency in additional languages (Spanish or French preferred)
- Experience working in a global or cross-functional support team
- Exposure to process improvement initiatives or feedback collection for service enhancement
