We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer
who is passionate about technology, analysis, and providing high-quality support to internal users.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with internal clients via email, phone, and other digital channels.
- Maintain strong, collaborative, and professional relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Understand business processes and the technical infrastructure used (Power BI, PowerApps, SQL, Snaplogic, Anaplan, Jira, SharePoint).
- Receive and prioritize support requests, managing L1 and L2 incidents.
- Troubleshoot configuration or code-related issues and provide temporary workarounds when necessary.
- Create and update technical documentation, user guides, and operational procedures.
- Provide basic training and assistance to end users.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Proven experience providing support for enterprise-level software solutions (ideally SPM, SFA, CRM, or PRM systems).
- Experience with Power BI, PowerApps, SQL, Snaplogic, Anaplan, Jira, and SharePoint is an advantage.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and simply.
Education:
- University degree and 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
