We're Hiring – Credit Management Assistant

Are you passionate about finance, detail-oriented, and eager to grow your career in credit management? We're looking for a motivated professional to join our team and play a key role in managing customer accounts and ensuring smooth financial operations.

What we're looking for:

Advanced knowledge of English

At least intermediate knowledge of French/Spanish

University degree or internationally recognized qualification in Business, Finance, or similar

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role

Strong MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Experience with Oracle business systems is an advantage

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy

Positive, ambitious, and cooperative attitude

Your main responsibilities:

Monitor and administratively track a portfolio of customers

Send preventive emails and make calls to ensure on-time payments

Perform checks on credit limits, payment terms, invoicing, and due dates

Release orders and resolve issues related to invoicing, deliveries, and credit notes

Collaborate closely with Customer Service for order handling

Analyze and report on receivables cash flow and collection activities

Prepare aging reports and support month-end reconciliations

Process incoming payments and escalate potential debt problems when required

Contribute to process improvements within the department

Provide support to team members and management on various projects
