We're Hiring – Transport Invoice Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our
Supply Team
as a
Transport Invoice Assistant

Your Profile:

  • University degree (Economics is an advantage);
  • Previous experience in a similar field;
  • English – minimum intermediate level required;
  • French – beginner or intermediate level is a plus;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word);
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail;
  • Customer focus and strong interpersonal skills.


Your Role:

You will support the
Supply Team
with
checking, entering, and validating supplier invoices
, working with large volumes of numerical data through an automated invoice processing system.

Main responsibilities:

  • Visual inspection of invoices using automated invoice processing system (RSO);
  • Check and validate transport invoices based on the information provided by RSO;
  • Define the finance classification and report data in the finance classification table;
  • Approve / Analyze and identify errors and request corrective actions or payment justification.
  • Regular updates o transport data base
  • Specific analysis : rates comparison, rates simulation, volume analysis (eastern to western Europe traffic or intercompany network);
  • Performs such other duties that from time to time may be assigned by LS Transport Department or his/her direct manager;
  • Use MicroTrans software dedicated for Self-billing.
