Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst
to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the business performance versus the budget and forecast
• Weekly consolidation of current quarterly forecasts summarization
• Weekly consolidation of Material impact analysis (Material Bridge)
• Interrogate and analyze the final results and full-year forecast from Consolidation System (BPC), to identify trends and main drivers of various reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, Free Cash Flow & Cash Conversion Cicle, Headcount
• Monthly reporting of ENERGY Group Baseline profitability (BLP)
• Monthly follow-up and consolidation of sales analysis for market penetration % (MPP)
• Assist in Over-Achievement and CCC meetings with MOEN management
• Daily Commercial report consolidated at ENERGY level
• Daily Commercial report (Sales, Orders and Backlog) for Power-E BuS within ENERGY
• Support in the monthly forecast (CREXP) follow-up and review of the ENERGY business segments
• Works closely with MOEN Financial team (remote and locally) to create and check templates for the big yearly reportings: Strategy review, Financial Review (Budget), Profit review, Mid-year review
• Support the ENERGY CFO and Strategic Planning Manager in the preparation of yearly strategic business planning, budgeting, and forecasting consolidations
• Check the restatement impact of financial results at the fiscal year change
• Assist in the completion of special projects
• Understand, document, and compare specific business processes across MOEN, ENERGY, and business segments, help identify best practices, and propose improvement actions
• Optimizes own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, and coordinating information requirements
• Internal control and documentation - Ensures processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with MOEN requirements

Requirements:

• Fluent English
  (written & spoken)
• University degree
  or internationally recognized qualification in Business, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience
  in financial analysis
• Strong
  Excel
  and
  PowerPoint
  skills
• Experience with
  BI tools
  (Power BI preferred)
• Solid understanding of
  financial statements
  (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Knowledge of
  ERP systems
  and
  financial consolidation tools
  (SAP BPC a plus)
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to
  multi-task, prioritize, and adapt
  in a dynamic business environment
