We're Hiring: Sales Analyst @ Secom

Sales Analyst
pasionat de date, analize și procese eficiente, care să ni se alăture în echipa B2B/Sales Effectiveness.

Ce vei face la Secom:

  • Vei analiza datele de vânzări și piață și vei genera recomandări strategice;
  • Vei elabora și automatiza rapoarte care susțin deciziile echipei de vânzări;
  • Vei oferi suport colegilor în interpretarea datelor și forecast-uri realiste;
  • Vei contribui activ la dezvoltarea sistemelor și instrumentelor de raportare;
  • Vei oferi training și feedback pe zona de analiză și raportare.

Ce căutăm:

  • Experiență în vânzări sau suport clienți (minim 1 an);
  • Abilități excelente de analiză, comunicare și organizare;
  • MS Office – Medium/ Advanced
  • Power Query, Power Pivot – Medium
  • Power BI – Medium
  • Experienta anterioara in definire si monitorizare KPI
  • Atitudine proactivă, integritate și dorință de a face lucrurile mai bine în fiecare zi.

Educație:
Studii medii sau superioare.
